Senior HR Associate (temporary contract)

Job description:

* Support of HR Leader in implementation of HR strategies and processes, implementation of new HR solutions (Romania and Adriatic's countries)

* Consulting and coaching for managers and colleagues in the field of employee matters, labor law, employee life cycle (including human resource planning; development and succession; goals, assessment and talent management; conflict management; payroll management, absences; contract termination)

* Cooperation with HR team members in different markets

* Conducting analyzes and reports,

* Participation in corporate and local HR projects implementation

* Onboarding colleagues in the field of HR tools and procedures.

Our expectation:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of human resource management, psychology, sociology),

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

• Excellence in managing HR systems and Excel

• Advanced English proficiency

• Knowledge in the area of HR, labor law

• Knowledge of payroll process is a plus

* Knowledge of Workday is a plus

• Very good work organization and planning skills and prioritization

• Team work skills
