Main areas of focus:
- Committed to developing and delivering the Talent Strategy and HR results aligned with the company’s objectives;
- Implement and drive new HR related services & processes;
- Act as a company representative to outside organization as assigned (recruiting, fairs, local networks);
- Ensures timely, effective execution of all local operational HR related work (personnel selection and placement, succession planning, compensation, performance management);
- Prioritizes and executes HR supporting responsabilities: staff turnover, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, job description and recruitment advertising, on-boarding and exits follow-ups with the local teams, analyzing data and metrics, preparing reports and analyses, developing employee communication plans, providing clear policy guidance to employees, employer branding;
- Identifies and sustains the development of talents and key employees, and proposes actions to motivate and sustain their growth; delivers training modules and development initiatives;
- Leads and implements HR projects in the assigned area of responsibility;
- Work closely with your business line as a partner, be there for and with them as part of the team;
- Analyze and leverage data to positively influence business decisions and to support various business improvement or growth relations;
- Development/monitoring and improvement of the HR policies;
- Organize improvement strategy in-line with group view.
The ideal candidate will have the following minimum combination of education and experience:
- Proven work experience as an HRBP;
- Very good understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
- Good knowledge of labor legislation;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and goal oriented;
- Strong apprehension of Microsoft package, with focus on Excel;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team work;
- Fluent English;
- Independent and driven to deliver results.
