Key Responsibilities
- Monitor HR budget, perform the reporting & analysis of labor cost and headcount evolution
- Works with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs and are updated according to compensation changes;
- Design, implement and administer compensation programs and policies (including new hire offers, merit increases, bonus systems);
- Perform job grading and recommend actions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Perform salary surveys and analyze pay reports; study labor market and compensation related trends;
- Heavily involved in continuous organizational design and processes analysis;
Background & Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing results and trends, building reports etc
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (preferably Hay) would be a plus;
- Strong organizational and project management skills; demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency pushing self and others for results; delivers on results despite obstacles.
- The maturity to handle sensitive information and make sound decisions;
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel is mandatory, PP is a plus);
- Knowledge of HRIS and BI systems would be a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- English - fluent (minimum B2 level)
