We are looking for someone who helps us to grow quickly. Someone who is able to search for IT experts and knows Labour law in Bucharest at the same time.
What will be your task?
- Target, identify and source the best possible talent in Romania
- Use innovative search methods and any creative means possible to engage candidates at various seniority levels
- Conduct and plan interviews – you will be active with candidates on all levels of the recruitment process
- Take care of our newcomers in Romania (yes, onboarding will be your task)
- Know labour-law and maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Cooperate with payroll provider and prepare payroll inputs
- Organize events&teambuildings in Romania (grill parties, Christmas party, CN Day, Common lunch, etc.).
- Be part of Social media group – helping with content, promotion.
- Foreign employees administration
What we need from you?
- 5+ years in IT recruitment, either with an agency or in-house
- Proficient sourcing skills - using LinkedIn, websites, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
- Fluent in Romanian and English language
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Fast learner – what worked yesterday might not work today
- Creative - you will think of some new way and ideas of how to attract newcomers
- Fulltime availability
