Position Purpose

Provide HR support for the business while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management.

What Skills & Experience Do You Need?

You Must Have

• Strong Human Resources experience in a dynamic and international environment; manufacturing is a plus;
• Concentrated and distributive attention, initiative spirit, teamwork, ability to organize and prioritize;
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a matrix environment;
• Offer guidance and share expertise to proactively manage business goals and effectively respond to employee organization issues;
