OVERVIEW: We are looking for a passionate, skilled and enthusiastic Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team and deliver business value in order to achieve company and team objectives. You will contribute to the daily operations of the local Human Resources Department, using several of your HR super powers: staff administration, recruitment and selection, people development.

 KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Search workforce market and identify suitable recruitment channels for company
  • Conduct recruitment projects under the supervision of HR Manager
  • Prepare recruitment advertisements
  • Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications
  • Interview the candidates and participate in the selection process
  • Ensure effective and appropriate performance management processes occur
  • Effective and timely management of employee relations issues
  • Coach and support managers in areas of policies and people management skills
  • Ensure all human resources policies and procedures are respected and recommend improvements

 

DESIRED PROFILE

  • University Degree (preferably Social Sciences field)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in R&D recruiting
  • Good planning and organizing skills, good communication skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Initiative and creativity
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Very good PC knowledge (MS office package)
  • Advanced English knowledge is mandatory
