Senior HR Specialist

For our Research & Development Center in Timisoara we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Search workforce market and identify suitable recruitment channels for company
• Conduct recruitment projects under the supervision of the HR Manager
• Design recruitment advertisements
• Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications
• Interview the candidates and participate in the selection process
• Develop training plans together with department managers and organize training sessions, workshops and seminars for employees
• Maintain training and recruitment data base
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs; determine changes to be made and initiate changes to programs to ensure appropriate skills development
• Conduct induction process for new employees
• Ensure all human resources policies and procedures are respected and recommends improvements

Skills and experience:

• University Degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting especially in R&D field
• Good planning and organizing skills, good communication skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Initiative and creativity
• Problem analysis and resolution skills
• Very good PC knowledge (MS office package)
• Advanced English knowledge is mandatory
