Senior Industrial engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, coordination, implementation and realization of the projects in the context of the production development process;
• Monitoring, adaptation, development and documentation of the respective work tasks, contents and results;
• Responsible for production start-ups and introduction of new technologies (processes) in the course of NPI development;
• Regular exchange of information between supervisors, interface departments and management;
• Creation of project-related production concepts and responsible for their implementation;
• Coordination within a global production network;
• Superordinate planning and budgeting of investments within the project budget;
• Comparison with controlling.

Decision competences:

• Release of production and industrialization concepts within the given framework;
• Technical instructions to production project members to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Completed technical or business studies (eg: industrial engineering)
• Experience in project management desirable;
• English language fluently;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the industrial environment;
• Process analytical skills;
• Compliance with the processes agreed in the project and in the company (eg escalation, PEP, change management);

Reports to Technical Manager, General Manager and External Collaboration
