What you will be doing:

Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate online course content
Work independently to create and/or revise learning content for the needs of the learning audience
Effectively utilize and integrate available institutional resources such as LMS and other eLearning tools into course designs
Prototype new product features and work with the development team for implementation
Provide design support for the inclusion of rich media content in online courses
Consult with faculty experts and production resources to develop meaningful online instructional content in alignment with program or course objectives and outcomes
Provide technical assistance and support to instructors and learners when necessary

Job Requirements:

5+ years experience as a instructional design for adults courses
University degree
A degree in IT is an advantage
Certificate as Business Analyst ( ECBA/ CCBA/ CBAP )
Good understanding of learning science
Advanced Level in English – writing și speaking (CAE/ TOEFL/ IELTS)
Knowledge of usability/ Human Computer Interaction/ User eXperience/ Information Architecture
