Senior IT Business Partner-German & English skills

We are recruiting for our client, a German multinational production company, a person for the Senior IT Business Partner role.

Tasks include:

• Internal partnership and optimization of the business processes from an IT standpoint, with focus on production, inventory management and logistics, as well as cross-functional;
• Digitization, development and further standardization of the international processes;
• Demand oriented and best of bread roll-out of best practices. Prepared to advise business on potential IT improvements;
• Project - and change management with the users, IT-internal and external partners;
  Focus is on quality with keeping milestones and cost targets. The second aspect is on user adoption, ensuring the solution is embedded and used by business users;
• Participate in the global IT Service processes (ITIL);
• The solutions are based on solid knowledge of IFS and manufacturing processes.

Profile:

• A very good finalized vocational training or academic exam with a wide experience in
  production, inventory management or logistic;
• Service- and customer focused attitude. Strong collaboration skills;
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience with complex process- and IT-projects, preferred in industrial company or with an IT service provider;
• Multi years of experience in running and supporting an ERP or Enterprise solution;
• Profound knowledge about process flows, value streams and information flows inclusive pre- and succeeding process and interfaces;
• Willingness to travel (5-25%);
• Communication with stakeholder – in German and English;
• Analytical and solution driven way of thinking;
• Self-reliant and team oriented working style.
