Job description:

  • Installing, testing and making software available to appropriate users ensuring software is properly configured, regularly updated and working properly on all PCs.
  • Install, add, test, troubleshoot, repair, move, change-out, maintain and upgrade PC's
  • Provide client specific hardware and software support to customer end users, in accordance with internal procedures for PCs and auxiliars, printers, scanners, mobile phones, fixed phones (hw or sw), maintaining good functionality of end user services
  • Handle related problems encountered in order of priority and within the optimum time scale, in accordance with procedures and project requirements
  • Based on the methodologies / procedures, will deliver technical assistance for end users, remotely and onsite support
  • Install, ensure the maintenance of operating systems, equipment and applications in the field of activity of the responsability area, according to existing procedures and rules
  • Makes trips to the premises for onsite support
  • Diagnosing and replacing defective hardware
  • Diagnosing and fixing software problems
  • Based on the methodologies / procedures in force, participates in the assembly of new hardware systems;
  • Manage and solve the tickets (incidents & service requests) assigned / reported by customers according to the area of responsibility using Ticketing tool
  • Maintain updated the inventory of assets (HE, SW) 
  • Collaborates with colleagues to solve customer requirements


Job requirements:

Very good knoledge on hardware and OS knowledge - Windows, Microsoft Office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), especially Excel, email service, antivirus, Active Directory baseline, SCCM client
Hardware PC Maintenance
Knowledge and experience working with a wide variety of PC peripherals - printers, removable media, scanners, PDA, audio video conference, etc., as well as mobile devices and software: Android, iPhone (iOS)
Familiar with LAN, WAN technologies and systems.
Good Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN.
Familiar with fixed telephony systems (Cisco or Polycom);
Troubleshooting of PC Network connectivity.
Have attention to details and good communication skills;
Have a good command of English;
Ability to achieve goals working independently;
Capacity of management for crisis situation, planning, prioritization and organizing skills 
Ability to utilize strong analytical and synthesis skills and problem-solving methods.
Ability to work in a team, also collaborate with other different teams involved in the process 
Proactive approach, initiative 
Focus on customer (ENEL internal departments) and on improving the quality of work 
Collaboration with other colleagues to support the team spirit and appropriate working atmosphere 
Multitasks to a high level of quality 
University degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, Automatics, Computer Science or equivalent
Driving license required
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
