Senior IT Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager with solid operational process management and service delivery experience, good technical knowledge, who is organized and has a customer-centric approach. You will support us in service project and operations, delivering BPM (Business Process Management) and DMS (Document Management System) projects to our Romanian based customers.

The role of SDM is a central function for the provision of services to clients, focusing on one or more services. The SDM is responsible for optimum service delivery for the customer and for the technical management of assigned employees in the customer account team.

The SDM acts as the main operational contact for the client and is responsible for the performance and quality of services. While ensuring the provision of the services of SDM and is therefore responsible to control the employees efficiently and effectively. You’ll assure we consistently have effective processes, tools and methods in place to achieve excellent results.

That’s the knowledge you bring:

• Strong competence in service delivery as well as methods and frameworks for operational excellence. Experienced in Waterfall, Prototyping and Agile
• Plan scope management, collect requirements, define scope, create Work Breakdown Structure, validate and control scope
• Plan schedule management, define activities and tasks, sequence and estimate activities, develop and control schedule
• Plan resource management, estimate activity resources, build temporary project teams, manage team and control resources
• Plan communication management, manage and monitor communications according to communication plan, communicate in a clear, concise and simple way
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects at a time, guide the team and keep customer informed
• Manage risks and issues effectively, plan risk management and implement risk responses
• Strong understanding of internal organization and business processes in medium and large companies
• Perform integration management, define project charter, scope statement project management plan, monitor and control project work, define RACI matrix, open-closed issues, project status report, perform integrated change control
• Comfortable in using PM tools for planning, activity and effort tracking, and reporting
• You have spent several years leading technical, customer facing roles with a proven track record of successful service and project deliveries - ideally across organizations ranging in shape and size
• License in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields
