Senior Legal Adviser (Competition Law)

What will you do in our team?

• Advise on commercial and competition matters impacting traditional and new technology businesses;
• Offers support and advice in negotiation of legal terms and conditions related to contracts and major projects;
• Identifies potential risks for the development of projects with impact at company level (including transversal);
• Prepares analysis and reporting related to the activity, according to ad-hoc requests from internal clients or top management;
• Drafts law compliance policies and guidelines;
• Proactively proposes mitigation measures for the identified risks.

Professional skills:

• • University Degree in Law
  • Minimum 4 years of similar experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of competition law;
  • Excellent knowledge of digital economy/payments/technology;
  • Excellent skills of document drafting;
  • Previous involvement in competition law compliance programs;
  • Excellent command of English.Personal abilities:
