Senior Legal Advisor

What you’ll DO:

Review, draft and negotiate standard and non-standard products documentations for a leasing company (. financial leasing agreements, credit agreements, guarantee agreements, funding agreements, supplier and other agreements), for an insurance broker and an operational leasing company;

Draft/negotiate various agreements with corporate clients, business partners and suppliers;

Draft/revise internal policies / procedures;

Draft /revise general corporate documentation on shareholding structures, minutes of board meetings / shareholders meetings;

Draft documentation serving the delegation of competencies;

Advice on the validity of the legal documents and registrations constituting legal title to land and buildings;

Drafting and reviewing marketing campaign regulations;

Monitor legislation changes, elaborate impact analysis;

Provide business focused, strategic, commercial and proactive legal support to internal departments /stakeholders;

Advising on a variety of commercial, labor, administrative legal aspects, competition, consumer protection and data protection legal aspects.  

What You’ll NEED:

Bachelor degree in law; minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (either as lawyer or in-house legal advisor);

Experience in leasing and/or banking is a plus;

Polished written and oral communication skills;

Advanced English language knowledge is a plus (ability to draft documents in English);

Can work autonomously and also collaboratively with others and enjoys working in a team based environment;

High level of customer service attitude, commercial, pragmatic and structured approach combined with the ability to be flexible and creative;

Personal motivation, organized, detail-oriented and refined time management skills;

Can process and communicate legal concepts and a complex business environment in simple, commercial and practical terms;

Is adaptable and agile being able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements;

Good knowledge of Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point.
