Key responsibilities

• Managing the deep-filing of legal documents
• Ensuring the consistency of bi-lingual legal texts and the strict adherence to TMF Group standards
• Assisting TMF managing directors/liquidators with signing processes of corporate documents
• Continuous guidance for the junior team members for filing documents, any other activities
• Preparation of hand-over and take-over protocols of legal documentation in the case of leaving or new clients
• Arranging meetings with authorities
• Organisation and control of the work processes
• Executing of cross-selling and other revenue increasing initiatives
• Regular discussions with the Manager of the scope and fees of the department
• Providing input for the invoicing of corporate secretarial services
• Organizing the execution of special client invoicing requirements
• Organizing the transition of new clients to TMF and leaving clients to third parties
• Managing the day-to-day client relationship
• Identifying client needs proactively and converting them into successful assistance projects
• Monitoring the implementation of client work while ensuring the observance of the related time budgets
• Monitoring legislation with a view to promptly inform the clients when impacted and to adapt or create client assistance projects

Key requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business / Legal studies;
• Practical knowledge of legal and compliance processes;
• Relevant experience of 3 -5 years, ideally within an audit firm, bank, law firm fund industry;
• Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel skills will be considered as an advantage);
• Fluent English, spoken and written; 
• A team player who can work independently when is required;
• Hard working, proactive, problem solving and motivated person;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under tight schedule;
• The ability to act and communicate appropriately with client, colleagues, directors and other relevant parties;
• Sense of responsibility, result orientated, accurate and attentive to detail.
