Scope:
Deliver a proactive legal service to support the Electrogrup company with focus on four main areas (Constructions, Energy infrastructure, Telecom and Smartcities. Provide professional guidance, pragmatic advice and practical support on legal, safety and compliance issues. The role is reporting directly to the E-INFRA Group Legal Director and locally (dotted line) to the Electrogrup CEO
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the legal team in Cluj Napoca (5 team members)
- Offer adding value legal advice to the Electrogrup leadership team as well to other management individuals both to Romania branch as well to international ones.
- Contribute as part of E-INFRA group to support various legal projects which may occur in different companies, part of the group.
- Develop and manage good working relationships with relevant external authorities and professional bodies
- Keep and improve the reporting routine
- Assist in updating and the continuous improvement of standard terms, conditions, policies, processes and systems within the legal function
Skills and qualifications:
- + 10 years professional experience (lawyer, legal counsel)
- Significant legal knowledge base with focus on commercial and real estate law
- English language- advanced (proficient in terms used in English legal vocabulary)
- High capacity for synthesis and decisions in potential crisis situations.
- Proactive and pro-business mindset. Behave as a true business partner
