Senior Logistics Coordinator

We are the market leader of brand-name footwear and fashion in many CEE and WE markets.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will  support the Contract Manager on site to coordinate the  cooperation between the HQ and the logistics operator.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Contract Manager to plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met
• Support Contract Manager to oversee all 3PL KPIs, SLAs, reporting and forecasting
• Solving all disputable situations and problems, which can take place during collaboration with 3Pl operator
• Operational and documentation support for cooperation with 3PL operator
• Performance of any tasks required and represented by the Logistics Director, that are connected with 3PL operator
• Checking all invoices and debits for the reporting month, that are made by 3PL operator for processing and shipping the Company’s goods
• Monitoring and analysis of the postal operators and local courier services market
• Ensure Inventory damage / loss is kept to a minimum at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in English
• Experience in managing operational processes and detailed knowledge of the end-to-end logistics operations
• Experience in operations/e-commerce and transportation concepts such as forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics, inventory management,
• Excellent Analytical and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
• Ability to identify alternatives to current thinking.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to problems.
