Our partners / We provide software development services to other software houses throughout the globe. Our customers are important and world-renowned software companies and together we develop solutions used by top retail, logistic and financial companies.

What will you do

• Ensure that operational activities are executed within allocated budget and timelines, specifically office premises and internal cleaning crew
• Maintain collaboration with external suppliers in order to ensure the full operability of the office premises
• Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems
• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees, ensure the time reports are compiled accordingly by every employee
• Issue monthly client invoices and reports accordingly to contract terms and agreements that are in force
• Maintain the communication with clients related to payments and payment terms and ensure the terms are respected
• Manage annual leave for all employees, calculate vacation days according to company policy and participate in payroll processes
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned, specifically on company financial data
• Acquisition of monthly meal tickets and gift tickets via the supplier and management of the collaboration with the supplier and employees related to this
• Arrange travel and accommodations and manage the collaboration with external travel agencies, including monthly invoice review
• Perform other various administrative tasks related to company operations, as assigned

What you need to own

• Solid experience of 10 years or more in a similar position
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economy or similar
• Romanian fiscal law and employee labour law knowledge
• Accounting skills and WinMentor skills
• Microsoft Office Suite skills, proficiency especially in Outlook and Excel
• Customer-oriented attitude for understanding the client’s demands
• Good time-management skills and open-minded attitude
• Good analytical skills and results-oriented thinking
• Team spirit with a proactive attitude
• Fluency in English and Italian
