Senior PPC Specialist with leading skills

You are a proactive Senior PPC Specialist who wants to tackle the challenge of owning global PPC campaigns with serious budgets and complexity. You’ll make sure that media budgets are efficiently planned and spent. You are a thinking and eager to learn individual, with a high willingness to hack the growth, open to diving into the unknown, very well organised, constantly searching for ways to squeeze performance from every dollar and brave enough to try to scale things up.

You are looking for a full-time remote position and are excited about working with a high growth global team (US, Europe, Asia) energetically and efficiently managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn and Amazon.  

You are comfortable working from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM 3 days per week and 2 days from 10 AM  - 6:00 PM, in a total of 8 hours per day and 160 per month.

Working closely with the Director of Operations or PPC Manager,  you are quick to pick up PPC patterns and patient enough to A/B test for the long-term results. You are detail-oriented, logical, and endlessly curious about the future of Paid Search. You will be responsible for advertising campaigns, tracking, and reporting across several platforms. 

You’re able to set goals and establish realistic deadlines in collaboration with other team members, test iteratively (we love to test), achieving measurable results for our clients. 

Our preference is to have a collaboration based on PFA or SRL (we are willing to give support in this case) or employee under certain circumstances.

Responsibilities 

• The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns in AdWords, Facebook, Bing, Amazon

• Enhance brand discoverability, identify new opportunities for brand growth and optimization and drive demand for clients' products/services.

• Manage day-to-day performance on accounts.

• Be comfortable with client calls in English  

• Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing insights, marketplace knowledge, resolving issues.

• Deliver analytics/insights/reports to help inform clients of all key performance metrics.

• Help support the sales team by coordinating campaign activities around key objectives.

• You will make keyword recommendations based off of extensive research, keyword analysis, competitive analysis + other PPC tools

• You will create + test ad copy and PPC Landing pages to ensure that customers are being directed to the most relevant pages.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Master of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook advertising. 

• 3+ years online/digital marketing experience or experience in a similar role

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Organised and thorough in your work

• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail

• Time management is a strength - you prioritise to meet deadlines, asking questions and communicating delays appropriately

• A quick-learner as our digital industry changes all the time, with a high desire to learn, grow and adapt in our ever-changing industry

• You are focused and able to work independently, staying organised and on-task in a remote work environment.
