Activities

• Prospects national market for purchases needed by the company
• Ensures to obtain the minimum requested number of offers and analysis them to select the best ones according to technical and commercial criteria
• Negotiates prices of products and services needed for the activities of the company
• Evaluates and recommends the best sources for procurement, according to company interests and departments needs
• Measures the performances of Purchasing Dept. using KPI – Key Performance Indicators – to ameliorate continuously the process of purchasing
• Participates to the analysis, optimization and programming of the acquisition needs, with the other departments
• Respects the conduct code and the ethic chart of the Group, the internal procedures, internal regulations and the norms of quality, environment, health and security.

• The activity implies communication with many persons inside and outside the organization
• Needs to maintain good relations with colleagues and collaborators

Accountabilities

• Purchasing with savings according to the needs of the prescribers

Qualifications/Experience required

• University degree – minimum 4 year
• Experience 4 years at least
• Knowledge in purchasing field
• Good knowledge of foreign languages – English,
• Communication and negotiation abilities
