Senior Recruiter

For one of our clients, a multinational company, top player in FMCG industry, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their operations in Bucharest.

Responsibilities:

Managing end to end recruitment projects for various career levels;

Key owner for all aspects of the candidate experience process;

Preparing and presenting activity reports for hiring managers;

Administrating various selection instruments, as agreed for each role;

Partnering with hiring managers in order to attract the best talents or their team;

Participating at job fairs.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a Recruiter role, preferably in a multinational environment;

Proficiency in English;

Excellent communication skills and problem solving attitude.
