Senior Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally driven Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively in order to drive hiring results. You will work closely with technical leaders, hiring managers and the recruitment team to plan and execute innovative hiring strategies, helping bring the top candidates to ENGIE. We need someone who is focused to succeed, regardless of the challenge.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own the full cycle of recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
• Work directly with our technical experts, engineers and stakeholders to bring the best candidates to the pipelines
• Contribute to the development of interview and on-boarding processes
• Build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years progressive talent acquisition experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
• Experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
• Advanced level of English
