Requirements:
- Strong experience in recruitment
- Ability to organize priorities and resolve problems
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills, building relationships, effective listening
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Upper/ Intermediate English communication skills
- Flexible and well-motivated
- Able to work with minimum of supervision as well as perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Main Accountabilities:
- The person in charge will be accountable for planning, managing and delivery of recruitment projects over the two locations of Capgemini Infrastructure Services situated in Iasi and in Suceava
Recruitment:
- Recruitment end to end of various profiles
- Manage end to end recruitment process & planning for new projects, including client facing interactions, collaborating closely with managers and providing reports
- Work closely with Capgemini stakeholders in order to assess, plan, mitigate, develop the recruitment strategy in order to fulfill the business need
- Plan and manage the recruitment and employer branding budget
- Deliver reports on recruitment topics
- Manage collaboration with external providers of HR Services
- Improvement of HR practices across all recruitment areas
Team Mentor:
- Develop & motivate the team members into taking positive actions towards reaching the recruitment and employer branding targets
