Senior RF Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Requirement analysis and concept development for mobile communication antennas and their components;
• Evaluation of concepts with common 3D simulation tools;
• Perform RF measurements with state-of-the-art equipment;
• Product life cycle management support and product documentation;
• Close collaboration with product management, manufacturing and purchasing;
• Teamwork in cross functional development teams;
• Leading of assigned laboratory mechanics.

Requirements:

• University or advanced technical college degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
• Knowhow and experience in RF technology;
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D simulation tools;
• Practical knowhow with MATLAB desired;
• Superior analytical and troubleshooting skills;
• Professional communication skills in English;
• The reliability and devotion for working in an international team environment;
• Independent and structured working method;
• Basic German language skills.

Reports to Technical Manager, General Manager and External Collaboration
