We have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Analyst in our Performance Material & Technologies (PMT) department in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements from PMT sales, marketing, and offering management
• Build, develop and maintain data connections to various platforms (Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint, Excel, etc.), data libraries and transformation dataflows/recipes (Alteryx, Salesforce CRM Data Manager, etc.), actionable data visualization dashboards and templates (Tableau, Salesforce CRM Analytics, etc.)
• Design and build technical processes and data automation systems to address business issues and increase efficiency (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
• Maintain sales orders database: quarterly data reconciliation, ad-hoc requests for order investigations, and fixing data issues (investigate data quality/integrity issues, recommend actions to improve and work with IT to address root cause)
• Create strong partnership with data owners in all relevant PMT functions (Customer Experience, Finance, HR, IT, etc.)
• Execute a standard analytics MOS to include work, meeting, communication, and deliverable cadence
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Data Science, Engineering, or Finance
• 5 or more years of professional experience
• 3 years or more producing reports and dashboards
• 2 years or more working with data structures and data modeling
• 2 years or more working with Advanced Excel
• 1 year or more hands-on building experience with Alteryx, Tableau or similar data preparation and visualization tools
  

Preferred

• Good problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional environment and leverage cross-functional resources
• Knowledge of API (JSON), querying languages (SQL, T-SQL) and programming languages (Python, R)
• 1 or more years of experience in financial analytics or sales analytics
• 1 or more years of experience with Salesforce
