Job Description:

Business Analysis - Gather, define & document Business requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

communicate fluently in English and work effectively in global, virtual teams and networks

Previous similar job experience

talent for organization and a result-oriented and independent way of working

Be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience of Scrum/Agile Methodology

Project Management & Coordination

Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change.

Business Analysis - Gather, define & document business requirements

Relationship Management with multiple  stakeholder

Ability to visualize content to increase understanding per persona group

 Project specific:

Experience in ServiceNow

Experience in ServiceNow modules HR service delivery, Employee service center

Experience in ServiceNow modules Service Portal, enterprise onboarding, performance & analytics

High level proficiency in Office365, SharePoint online

Workday - HR admin and onboarding

General integration technology skills (API, connectors, customs interfaces, ServiceNow integration hub)

Service owner specific:

Service ownership responsibility

ITIL standards for Incidents/ Change requests

IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC), internal audits

EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR)

License management

Good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Yammer and Teams

Knowledge management

Human Resource domain knowledge, HR processes preferred
