Are you looking for a perspective job with big career growth? Then this is the place to be. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with good English for an international IT company based in Bucharest, Romania.
In this highly technical role, you would provide technical support of their client’s products via the telephone, email, and remote sessions, which may require careful examination of many infrastructures and other environmental variables, as well as a detailed analysis of log files.
Relocation help included + language bonus for both French and German!
Technical skills requirements:
- Windows OS 2008(rr2)/2016
- Practical knowledge of TCP/IP (OS, firewalls configuration) and networking configuration/troubleshooting (NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS)
- UNIX and/or Linux knowledge; VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Exchange server administration, DataBase engines (SQL/Oracle)
- English on a good working level, French or German is a big advantage
