Requirements:
- experience with SQL
- good knowledge of Linux
- strong communication skills
- technical abilities to propose quick workarounds for issues
- knowledge of ERP platforms
Responsibilities:
- perform level 3 support for ERP platform
- monitor the issues log and propose solutions or escalate to the development team
- write procedures for undocumented features and proposed workarounds
- create and run SQL scripts
- work in close contact with the development team to ensure fast response
