As part of our Europe-wide growth strategy, we are looking for several new colleagues to strengthen our team at Operation Center Brasov, a new operation center: Senior Transport Manager (M/F) Your Tasks: Independent acquisition of new customers and subcontractors, Communication and negotiations with international business partners, Buying and selling loads on our dedicated platforms. Increase the portfolio of clients Making prices for tenders and taking them under our organization Load and supervise our own fleet (you will have a minimum of 5 own trucks to load. Making sure that the monthly targets are achieved.    Your Profil: Experience in the field of road transports Strong service and customer orientation, Willingness to learn and communication skills, Orientated to business and B2B Proven knowledge of clients and working with tenders.
