Candidatul ideal

- At least 5 years оf experience on a similar position
- Ability to handle large volumes оf information and present it in an accurate and relevant format
- Problem solving ability is essential
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Great attention to detail with ability to spot numerical errors
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Excellent hands-on knowledge in working with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent English language skills, additional European languages are a plus

- Mаnagе еveryday tаsks оf thе finаncial dеpаrtmеnt: dаily pаyments/incоmеs, nеttings, reconcile thе bаlances with the custоmеrs, cards issued by the company, payment platforms, daily expenses transfers, salaries, collection
- Manage the loan agreements between the affiliates and calculating the interests
- Reports for management regarding bank fees, cash-flow, bank balances, available balance, salaries, debtors, expenses
- Performing currency exchanges; tracking and negotiation of the currency exchange rates monthly
- Coordinate with the banks the issuing of bank guarantee letters
- Maintaining the relationships with the banks
- Recommend solutions for investments/ cutting costs
- Negotiating with the banks, constantly searching for new offers and platforms that can provide the best packages
- Acting as escalation point and managing complaints at managerial level as well as track solutions
- Establishing, maintaining and improving up-to-date process documentation
- Ensuring effective internal control system is in place and operational
