Senior Web Developer(ReactJS/AngularJS/PHP/Mysql)

What is needed:

I am looking for a strong head, with great analytical skills, a passionate about developing, a working marathoner, and a never give up person. If you fail one day, you wake up and do it again the next day. You, as a developer will need to understand the code, the algorithms insides, the complexity and create even more complexity if needed. You need to be able to understand big systems and be part of the creation of such. The intelligence, the perception, the affinity for the code, is what matters most for this position. If you think that you are applying for a job were you have same constant boring life, it might not be the right place for you. The projects are complex, and getting bigger every day, so perseverance, re-thinking, re-challenging yourself, will be your daily routine. The maturity, trust, and having practical things done are key success for this job.

The role:

You will be a enthusiastic WEB developer using Angular JS / ReactJS + PHP / NodeJS + MySql, but not only. If you have knowledge about C#, C++, SWIFT (for iOS) you have even more chances to be hired. If you speak French, you will have the chance to become a Project Manager, it is all up to you, it is up to your evolution! But first of all web developing is the most important, then the rest. Please note, there will be quite lot of work to be done, complex, and you will take responsibility, be pro-action and leadership driven. Your stamina will be put at stake.

The daily rate is between 130EUR-150EUR / day, as a PFA or as a employee this will be your gross salary calculated monthly bases. The rate will depend on your proven skills. Every year you will receive an increase in your daily rate/gross salary, based on your performance.

You will be speaking English, so you will communicate easily with the client, and French will be a a strong plus.

I represent a Start Up company, located in beautiful / quite city of Cluj, with more projects than I can handle, so you will be the one that I can trust to join me on this path. Since it is the beginning, there is also the possibility to evolve a lot, that depends on your skills and your commitment. The environment is very dynamic and the client is very friendly, communicative, respectful, so as you will be.

The office:

The office is located in Gruia, right next to Cetatuia, with plenty of parking places available, in a nice spacious house.
