Service Analyst - Junior role

We are looking for new, awesome colleagues who have a passion for making things work and are willing to contribute with creative, out of the box solutions to problems arising in a dynamic environment. We want you to be part of our partner`s Global Network Operations Center and collaborate within diverse and multinational teams. 

What you will do:

  • Monitor network traffic and analyze service performance while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and minimizing impact on customer service;
  • Prompt escalation & notification of major network faults and customer faults;
  • Professionally utilizing the company's systems and procedures to monitor and maintain customer network availability & integrity;
  • Ensure network faults and customer faults are resolved well within agreed procedures;
  • Accurate & timely creation, updating and completion of all Trouble Tickets;
  • Provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues;
  • Tracking and directing the work flow of faults and planned events. 

  What skills you need to have?

  • Passion! We hire engaged engineers who have a passion for making things WORK;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies;
  • German language min A2 - B1 level;
  • Knowledge of ITT (infrastructure, technology & telecommunications) fundamentals;
  • Ability to document information;
  • Adaptability, Analytical skills, Customer focus
  • Ability to work night shifts;
  • Good communication and interaction skills on multiple levels.
