Summary:
The Marketing and Channel Support Center provides a full range of channel oriented services by helping our partners to ensure the service continuity and continually improve our service quality. Furthermore, this center also provides a service exhibition section with access for our partners and customers who would like to visit.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the ICT domain;
IT related majors, such as computer science, telecommunication, or others;
Experience in sales would be considered an advantage;
Basic ICT knowledge, such as IP network, transmission network, or storage;
Customer focused and excellent English language skills;
High attention to details, strong organizational skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
Proactive personality.
Responsibilities:
Support local offices for service bidding of small to medium-sized customers in the assigned territory;
Provide the corresponding service solution for the product solution, and output the service proposal and correct quotation;
Cooperate with Huawei product manager, and local office service manager, to correctly prepare service Quotes;
Support other service-bidding related matters for local offices;
Promptly handles and solves customer objections and complaints.
