Description
Main responsibilities:
• Primary help desk support;
• To execute technical daily procedures as per business requirements;
• To regularly check the information system functionality;
• To assist users in order to perform daily, weekly and monthly procedures that requires IT support;
• To support user’s requests regarding PC’s matter;
• To solve the problems or to redirect them to the relevant IT specialist;
• To record and document Service Desk calls and to escalate them accordingly to the actual procedures.
Skills & experience
The candidate should have:
• 1-2 years experience in Service Desk it’s a plus but not mandatory;
• PC skills (basic knowledge of hardware handling and maintaining, MS Office, Windows Operating System);
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Availability to work in shifts (morning and afternoon);
• Good level of English;
• Good Communication Skills;
• Technical University Degree;
• UNIX, SQL , Microsoft Access, Networking.
