Your responsibilities will be:
-1st level IT support for our Client employees
-Classic Hardware (PC, monitors, printers)
-Specific Hardware (cash tills, card printers)
-Office tools and apps (OS W7, Open office, Gmail)
-Networking (Lan, Wan)
-Local applications ()
-Identifying, handling and solving the requests
-Identifying and escalation of Massive Incidents
-Backlog follow-up
- Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
