Visma IT & Communications AS is now looking for a passionate Service
Owner to strengthen the Service Portfolio team. The Service Portfolio
team is part of Service Management, where we are responsible for both the
customer and service portfolios. Our service portfolio is presented in
our Service Catalogue, which is divided in Service Areas. A Service Area
contains one or more services we provide our customers with. Service
Owner will be owner of one or several Service Areas, and will take
responsibility for developing the existing services, and creating new
ones.
Service Owner will be responsible for the lifecycle management of the
services, including profit/loss, stakeholder management, functional
requirements for new/existing services and continuous improvement of the
services. Service Owner works in close cooperation with the customers,
and follows the general development in the market to know what is
important for the customers in the future.
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional, who is structured
and organized, and has a passion for delivering best in class IT
services. The successful candidate will be a self-starting and
service-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You
engage and motivate your colleagues, and contribute to create a good
working climate in the group.
The team is international so you will use English both written and

Your skills:

Minimum 3 years' further education, . BSc or MSc in Economy or IT
*
Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar positions with
IT service delivery/product management
*
Project lead or team lead experience
*
Customer-oriented behaviour
*
Genuine drive to deliver quality and continuously improve the
performance
*
Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing
simultaneous projects and activities
*
Understanding the IT Service industry as well as the relevant
marketplace
*
Effectively cope with change; comfortably adjust to alterations in
work activities; able to decide and act with limited information;
effectively handle risk and uncertainty in ambiguous situations
*
Background in product development and/or product ownership
*
Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building,
and problem solving skills in a variety of situations
*
Highly effective written and oral communication skills.

Negotiation capabilities and problem solving mindset
*
Strong skills in communication and cooperation
*
Fluency in English is required
*
IT background would be an additional advantage
Tasks:
*
Service roadmap planning and stakeholder management for owned
services
*
Developing existing services, defining new services and driving them
successfully into market
*
Identify customer needs and translate them into functional
requirements to IT Development
*
Produce and maintain material on the services
*
Stakeholder in central IT-processes like Change, Incident, Problem
and Release
*
Actively contribute to further development of the related processes,
procedures and tools
