What we’re looking for

Do you want to learn all about the IT Services and applications lifecycle from the moment the idea is born up until the complex architecture is developed and then deployed into production?

Do you want to find all about the processes in the IT environment and find ways of better tailoring them in order to have the most efficient Incident Management, Change Management or Problem Management of IT Services and Applications?

Do you want to deep dive and find ways of improving the performance of the IT Services so that the clients get the best experience in using them?

Do you want to learn about monitoring tools, automatic testing or performance monitoring ?

Do you want to test your negotiation skills and gather together architects, business analysts, project managers, quality assurance engineers, software developers, operations teams and/or product owners and help them to find the best solutions in delivering qualitative services?

What you’ll be doing

  • Define relevant KPIs for service performance and find ways of measuring them properly;
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal or external IT services and applications;
  • Oversee the coordination, investigation and diagnosis of resolution and recovery actions for all Major Impact Incidents done by Service Assurance Experts;
  • Make sure that the business impact (of an incident, change or problem) is well understood and effectively communicated to all the stakeholders;
  • Work closely with all the teams involved in Service Delivery to make sure all new services, applications and changes to existing ones are accepted into production in a controlled and seamless manner;
  • Drive projects transversally across the company.

What you need to know/have

  • Basic knowledge of services architectures
  • Basic knowledge of Operations and Processes(ITIL)
  • End to end understanding of Telecom Business
  • Basic skills of testing and monitoring tools
  • University Degree
  • Analytical thinking and excellent communication and negotiation skills
