Service Support Engineer HVAC

Our client is an important international top 3 player on the HVAC&R market.

The future Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for preparing quotations and closing sales for the Service business segment

Main Accountabilities:

• Order handling service & spare parts within ERP
• Service jobs/contracts administration
• Service Partners administration
• Inventory administration for both goods and non goods related (spare parts, materials technician cars, tools,etc)
• Claims and Warranty administration
• Support of sales of service and spare parts: quotations, contracts, forecast
• Weekly & monthly reports: utilisation, material, warranty, backlog, new orders, parts etc.

Professional Skills:

• Technical University degree, preferably as a building services engineer, mechanical engineer or relative sectors such as building automations, electrical & mechanical equipment etc.
• Relevant professional experience in the HVAC & Refrigeration sector. Field experience in AC would be preferably.
• Deep understanding of the local market, construction activity & HVAC distribution channels
• Fluency in Romanian and in English
• Strong Computer skills
• ERP previous experience
