Responsibilities: 

• Customizing and scripting ServiceNow ITSM system in Java-Script
• Maintenance and support of Rest/SOAP Interfaces
• Implementation of request fulfillment processes
• Developing of test plans and quality assurance strategies
• Participates and/or leads the implementation and support of application systems
• Prepares documentation for all components of systems as well as user documentation

Our expectations: 

• Bachelor in IT is preferred
• Good understanding of computer systems and networking
• Azure Resouce Template (ARM), Ansible/Chef/Puppet, Github and PowerAutomate
• Fluent in English, German can be an advantage
• Knowledge of Java Script, Powershell, Azure
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
