Challenge:
- Further development of our ITSM solution ServiceNow
- Development of interfaces to our peripheral systems
- Creation of service requests and workflows
- Reporting with Performance Analytics (KPI, etc.)
- Introduction of new modules (. SAM and CSM)
- Planning and implementation of updates and changes
- Responsibility for the third-level troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of web technologies, especially JavaScript and SQL
- Knowledge of ServiceNow desired, otherwise learning "on the job"
- Fluent in English and German (it is a plus)
- Open-minded, team-oriented and exact person
- Independent working method in developing and implementing solutions to problems
- Ability to analyze, structure and document complex contexts
- Reliable and customer orientated
