We are a small UK based customer service center, looking for home-based agents to join our team. We are currently looking for a Data Entry Operator with professional customer service skills.

Competitive Salary will be discussed via a Skype Interview.

Occasional travel to London, United Kingdom may be required.

Data entry operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work with a young customer service team and manager. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position in customer service will be considered an advantage.

Data Entry Operator Responsibilities

Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents

Keep information confidential
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies

Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare data for entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

Training will be provided, followed by one trial month

First month schedule: 4 hours/day 5 days/week work from home.

If trial month successful: 8 hours/day 5 days/week work from home
