We are looking for sewing equipment specialist

 

Our customer is a denim 5 pocket producer garment company in African continent, about 3-hour fly from East-Europa.

We are looking for automatic and basic sewing machine and maintenance specialist, to became freelance partner of our customer with following tasks:

 

  • Well knowledge of the 5-pocket sewing equipment and technological need: professional opinion regarding the most effective equipment solution for any technological need of the company
  • Keeping the contact with equipment suppliers in Europa and getting the last updates and offers, studying and presenting regular to our maintenance team
  • Visit in Europa the equipment suppliers, keeping the contact with them
  • Make training to our company maintenance team any time needed
  • Being a permanent know how support in case of any need of our company
  • Making a monthly visit to our company, evaluating, supervising the condition of equipment, teaching the right maintenance activities
  • Evaluating the staff
  • Solving problems, getting good solutions for company up to request

    •  

    English knowledge is a must – speak and writhe

    Engineering education and at least 10-year equipment maintenance experience in casual/denim trouser producer company – requested

    Management skills requested

    Good communication skill, easy adaptation to different cultures – requested

     

    Our partnership supposes about 6-10 days presence pro month in the company and full online support in case of need for the rest of the month. Travelling to equipment suppliers in Europa may needed

    Activity , travelling and consolidation costs covered by the company
