Shift Supervisor

Ideal candidate:

• Engineering Degree preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Economic Engineering;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• English minimum B2 and Romanian languages is required;
• Industry experience is not needed;
• Positive & Proactive attitude to identify new opportunities within challenges;

• Team Work & Results oriented.

  Job description:

• Check if the sorting machines from the Cold End, the packing lines and the shrinking machine is working properly;
• Supervise the entire technological flow;
• Supervision, monitoring, controlling, reporting of the production in order to ensure the required quality level;
• Offer support in the resolution and prevention of noncompliance issues;
• Able to work independently with support from the technical coordinator;
• Availability to work in shifts.
