Key Activities:
- Educate and familiarise self with knowledge of product and suppliers (ships and trains across Europe);
- Action all bookings requests, cancellations and amendments quickly, efficiently and accurately;
- Input confirmations and update relevant internal systems;
- Where the first choice service is not available, select and offers the best alternative according to the relevant criteria;
- Develop a good and professional working relationships with suppliers and internal teams within G2;
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve accounts queries and other discrepancies according to given deadlines;
- Monitor booking situation of the booked services and highlight to management any potential issues;
- Keep operations staff informed on the status of any bookings that cannot be confirmed within the set deadlines;
- Prioritise work load according to the relevant criteria;
- Maximise profits by requesting special budgets when possible;
- Ensure good communication with colleagues and management;
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- ast experience/working knowledge of reservations or operations in the Travel/Hospitality industry is a plus;
