Job Description

Prepare prototype refrigerant lines using a 2D drawing, he must also create the associated auxiliary gauges with the help of glued prototypes.
Preparation of assembly orders, check orders for completeness / correctness, parts and pick materials according to the parts list and procure tools and gauges from storage.
Manufacture of fixtures, auxiliary gauges for the manufacture of parts.
Manufacture individual parts or adapt them on conventional milling, turning and drilling machines.
Manufacture of individual parts and samples for new products and special designs.
Read technical drawings for information regarding manufacturing of parts.
Complete report regarding the manufacturing of the AC lines and note any observations relevant to the manufacturing process that might influence the serial flow later on.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of product and production (knowledge of Rubber and Aluminum technology) AC lines 
Work experience in using the MS-Office applications (Word, Excel) 
Experience working with SAP 
Foreign language English is a plus 
Experience working with CNC milling, drilling and turning machines 
Experience with flame brazing or welding principles
