SMT PROCESS ENGINEER - ARAD

What will your job be about? 

- Develops, evaluates and improves SMT manufacturing methods.

- Technical support for new project RFQs.

- Process design for new projects.

- Process parameters development and validation.

- Proto / pre-production builds.

- Process setup for mass production.

- Actively participates at equipment pre-acceptance and final acceptance, line installation, line validation, customer audits etc.

- Analyzes and plans workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

- Provide technical support to the organization in areas such as corrective action, defect avoidance, problem solving.

- Responsible for equipment corrective maintenance, provide guidance for preventive maintenance.

- Support for after market production

- Specific process documentation elaboration.

- Technical University – Mechanical, Automation, Electronics, Electro-technical;

- Knowledge of Process flow, PFMEA, Control plan;

- Knowledge of assembly methods and equipment;

- Knowledge of basic pneumatics;

- Knowledge of basic electric circuits;

- Team player, flexibility;

- Pro-active , open mind , positive attitude;

- 1 year of SMT process experience;

- Understanding of Placement, Solder Paste Printing, AOI, Reflow, Laser Printing;

- Ability to plan and organize efficiently and effectively in interdepartmental activities.

- Mid Level English
