Social Media & Content Manager

We are now looking for a social media & content specialist to join our marketing team.
The right person will be enthusiastic - yet realistic - about social media, capable, hands-on, organised, and with an entrepreneurial spirit. Experience working in a similar role would be useful to demonstrate, although enthusiasm and an ability to communicate are equally important. Of course, you'll need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and faultless grammar.

Key Elements of the role include:

Social media management - planning and managing social media campaigns, and content updates.
Researching and writing content for web, email & social.
Content creation.
Managing updates across multiple social media channels.
Reporting on Key Performance Indicators.
Managing customer reviews.
Involvement with the company's paid marketing activities across Google, Facebook, Instagram & others.
Experience in photography (to have pictures for promotion of the best quality) and knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Great organizational skills and the ability to collate material from multiple sources and produce web content within tight deadlines.

Experience & Requirements:

Over 3 years work experience as a social media manager or content manager
Knowledge & experience would be useful, but passion and willingness to learn is equally important
Thorough knowledge of the key social media platforms
Fantastic written & verbal communication skills
Experience of organic & paid search would be useful, but is not a prerequisite
Accuracy & attention to detail
The self-motivation & work ethic
Contribution to the ongoing development of the website.
