Do you tweet, share and post on social media in your sleep? Do you know what it takes to grow an online community? We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to manage our social media pages.

Working as a right hand social media guru, you will live, sleep and breathe all things social media.

As a Social Media Assistant you will be working closely creating social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow followers, engage them and create active fans and promoters. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to build a digital audience.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage social media profiles and presence
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both engaging insights and content.
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing followers and brand new audiences.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success ( Twitter chats, Instagram Stories and discussions, etc.).
- Responding to customer queries in real-time, ensuring all questions, comments and complaints are actioned promptly.
- Create and manage the social media strategy across all social channels
