Social Media Expert

We are looking for a Super-Creative Social Media Specialist with extensive marketing skills across various platforms. This would include but not be limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest Etc.

Who you are:

• A super-creative passionate;
• You utilize your skills to plan, execute, monitor, analyze and optimize marketing campaigns, to drive profitable online sales and maximize returns;
• An excellent candidate with proven experience in social media;
• Strong digital marketing skills to monitor and manage the campaigns and Manychat flows creation.

We don't care what school or college you graduated from or whether you even graduated. We don't care about your formal education. But we expect you to be proficient in using your computer and have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to tease out insights and make strategic recommendations from campaign data.

The Social Media Specialist should be a creative and analytical individual with a high interest to learn, ability to prioritize and great interpersonal skills. Duties will include planning, writing, posting, analyzing, as well as designing social media posts.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle day to day activities for social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more);
• Communicate with other departments to plan social media content;
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather content in due time;
• Create text and graphics content, specific for all channels;
• Answer to potential messages in Romanian and English;
• Regularly analyze the data from the social media accounts and prepare reports;
• Propose strategies to improve social media presence
