The Social Media Specialist is responsible for the execution of integrated social media campaigns. This role will execute highly engaging social media campaigns as part of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, the share of voice and demand generation for all our brands.
The role will ensure consistency and best practice for our brands whilst advising Brand Managers on how we can maximize our social media profiles and digital content to reach our brands’ target audience through integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media channels including content curation, publishing, analytics, community management and social listening.
- Monitor competitive landscape and make recommendations on improving and optimizing social media content and campaigns for paid & organic social media.
- Execute social media enablement programs, including social media enablement and brand ambassador program.
- Ownership of monthly social media calendars for campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent voice, personality, and look and feel for the brand across all social media channels.
- Partner with creative agencies for key campaigns: send proper feedback to the agency applicable to social media channels.
- Monthly reporting of all social media campaigns.
- Manage and give input to our PR agency related to # influencers campaigns.
Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in digital marketing with focus on social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Experience managing day-to-day operations of social media channels.
- Experience reporting and analyzing large amounts of data.
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends and turn insights into recommendations.
- Experience with social media tools
- Creative – enjoys finding creative ways to tell a story.
